PW-960 Automatic Micro Plate Washer
The 96-tube manifold allows the user to wash the full 96-well simultaneously, possible to achieve residual volumes as 1ul/well.
PW-960 Automatic Microplate Washer was developed based on a great deal of experiments, adopting the advanced international design concept and mature technology. The microcomputer controls to complete the washing of various types of microplates used in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay fast, efficiently and automatically. It is used widely for immunoassay in clinic lab, blood center, hospital, university, institute or other academic organizations.
The Washer equipped with a 96-tube manifold allows the user to wash the full 96-well simultaneously, allowing a dramatic reduction of the total processing time, making the instrument particularly suited to high-throughput applications. Moreover, with the PW-960, it is possible to achieve residual volumes as low as 1μl per well.

--Specially designed 96-tube Manifold with patent technology and second liquid leakage collection function make the solution distribution in 96-well very accurate (CV<1.5%).

--Carry out the washing on the 96-well microplate with 96-tube mainfold by choosing any rows or whole plate to wash
--There are two microplate holders. Two plates are soaked and washed in turn while one plate is being washed and another is being soaked. There is no waiting time when the plate is taken out or placed in. And there is no waiting time for soaking.
No cross contamination
--Pins for solution distributing and those for waste absorbing are separated. The pins for waste absorbing use real-time volume detecting technology to ensure the minimum contact.

--Special rotation design for bottle cap makes the solution aspirating very convenient. Three kinds of wash solution is provided for selection and it is automatic to shift from one to the other
--It senses the solution level automatically and alarms the trouble automatically. When the wash solution is not enough and the waste bottle is full it will alarm automatically
--Intelligent maintenance: it will wash the tubing with distilled water automatically when the washer is powered on or powered off and periodically
--Easy maintenance: it will collect the spilled solution from the bottom of microplate holder automatically; it will aspirate the leaked solution automatically
--It will adjust the pressure inside the clean solution bottle automatically according to the number of microplate rows that will be washed
