Usage Instructions: It iscoated with Clot Activator on the interior of the tube wall toaccelerate blood clotting. A barrier polymer gel is presented at thetube bottom. The density of this material causes it to move upwardduring centrifugation to the serum clot interface, where it forms abarrier separating serum from fibrin and cells. Invert tube 5~7 timesonce blood specimen is collected. It should be centrifuged no laterthan 2 hours afer collection. Centrifugation should be rpm 3000~3500.
