Under the positive pressure by peristaltic pump, the sample is transferred into the filtration units, then filtered and incubated with culture media, to examine that if there is any germ. The sample enters into the closed canister through the pipe by peristaltic pump, then filter out through the membrane which pore diameter is 0.45µm. If will be hold back above the membrane, and after rinsing the anti-microbial components, the closed canister is filled with media and used for incubation without any exposition to the environment. Put the closed canister in the appointed position at the specified temperature, and observe if there is any germ grows.
