HTY-DS803 Dissolution autosampler system is developed and manufactured independency by GoodTailin company, which absorbs many international advanced technologies of dissolution through 9 years investigation and researching and meets the requirement of CP, USP and EP. This system is composed by Dissolution tester and Autosampler, simulates human’s stomach and intestine. DI 1000 TOC analyzer is a patented product developed independently by GaodeTailin, it can detect total organic carbon (TOC) contain in the testing water, by calculating it from total inorganic carbon (TIC) and total carbon (TC). DI 1000 analyzer operation principle is to oxidize microorganism by UV lamp and convert organic stuff into carbon dioxide. Then TOC analyzer adopts direct conductance method to detect the concentration of carbon dioxide and report. During testing procedure, TC and TIC are detected and TOC is equal to TC- TIC (TOC = TC-TIC).

Under the positive pressure by peristaltic pump, the sample is transferred into the filtration units, then filtered and incubated with culture media, to examine that if there is any germ. The sample enters into the closed canister through the pipe by peristaltic pump, then filter out through the membrane which pore diameter is 0.45µm. If will be hold back above the membrane, and after rinsing the anti-microbial components, the closed canister is filled with media and used for incubation without any exposition to the environment. Put the closed canister in the appointed position at the specified temperature, and observe if there is any germ grows.

HTY microorganism limit test systems adopt membrane filtration method, composed by HTY-100 microorganism test device and S60 incubation kits. HTY-100 microorganism test device has equipped an in-built vacuum pump, which makes inside & outside vacuum power available. Along with φ60mm one-off use membrane filtration unit that combines with testing device can conduct direct cultivation after filtrating process, which can reduce operation procedures and membrane damages.
