This product is a multi-functional powder collector that is environmentally friendly and can recover precious metals, and it consists of five components as indicated below:
1. Ring-shaped Operating Cabin:
The ring-shaped operating cabin is the place to grind and polish workpieces, with an air inlet, also called operating hole on either side, which provides a passage for the hands of the dental technicians to get in and out with apparatuses and objects. The operating hole on the one side is for the hand-held rotating apparatus, and that on the other side is for the hand-held workpieces.
2. Precious Metal Collecting Box:
Below the operating cabin is the collecting box for precious metal powder, which is a flat round shaped drawer, with the perforated plywood at the bottom, covered by a layer of filter paper for recovering precious metal. The drawer is fixed by the drawer panel across the center of the diameter.
3. Viewing Magnifier:
This product provides users with an optical viewing magnifier with the magnifying power of 1.5-2 times, so as to enlarge the workpieces to be grinded to make them clearly seen, which is applicable to the processing of precision workpieces.
4. Visible Light Source:
This product provides users with long life and high brightness light source composed of LCD light-emitting elements, so as to make the working area bright and clear.
5. Link Interface:
This product provides users with 2 air suction terminals connecting to the dust collector, with one at the front end side, and the other at the bottom, and the users may use according to the different workbenches for dental technicians.
